Reds, who joined RKA in 2003, has risen through the company to become its CEO in 2022. He is responsible for management and oversight of operations, finance, sales, and client relations. As a result of his hands-on work ethic and attention to detail and quality control, Reds works on every project that comes through the office. Endowed with excellent people skills, the solid relationships he has formed with subcontractors and suppliers translates into a productive work environment and job site.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Reds trained as a carpenter and began his career in the construction industry in 1996. He has served in many roles since then, including carpenter foreman, job supervisor, project manager, and estimator, all of which prepared him for leading RKA. He is a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local #359 and holds a Green Advantage Environmental Certification. When he’s not in the office or at a job site, Reds enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially down the shore.​
