Christina Deckert

Project Manager

 

Christina began her career as a construction industry project manager in 2015 and has been with the RKA team since early 2023. Her duties are broad and range from obtaining bids for proposal submissions and contract initialization to maintaining the project budget and schedule with minimal change orders. She also participates in scope reviews with the project team and trade partners; compiles required closeout item lists; and supports the project superintendent in auditing field contractor materials against approved submittals.

​Christina applies her skill at identifying and solving problems to all of her projects, among them the Food Bank of South Jersey, Elixr Coffee Roasters at Philadelphia International Airport, and corridor renovations at the Four Seasons Hotel. One of her areas of specialization is healthcare facilities, and she holds an OSHA 30 workplace safety and health certification and an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) training certification.
