As the Vice President of Sales and Estimating, Reds Reilly is responsible for Sales, Estimating, and Quality Control at Russ Kelly & Associates. Reds performs budget development and submission, detailed and comprehensive quantity takeoff, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, and bid submission.
Reds fosters relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while following each project to its completion.
Reds 24 years in the business, as a trained carpenter, enables him to understand the clients demands and effectively produce precise bids and proposals.

Gathering all necessary field measurements, plans, photos, materials, etc. to prepare Estimates.
Coordinating site visits with sub‐contractors to facilitate all information necessary for accurate proposals.
Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, insurance company adjusters, and consultants to confirm and coordinate all aspects of the estimate.
Managing the Estimating Team
Preparing final estimates, proposals, and budgets.
